MY JOURNEY

I have come to my vision of Mental Empowerment Coaching through my journey in college athletics, where I was a team captain and an All-Conference selection playing for Azusa Pacific University on a full-ride scholarship. Over the course of my career, I dove deep into positive psychology - specifically intrinsic motivation and flow states. I also became extremely interested in mindfulness and meditation, spending every Sunday at a local Buddhist temple learning how to practice. Intuitively, I knew how powerful the mind was and I feel extremely grateful to teach and mentor others to access that power as well. Below, you can hear about my accolades as a player and coach.
